Did you guys noticed that how much/many calories should you eat at lunch??
did you know that if want to slim down or keep maintaining the weight , we need to keep out meal between 380-420 calories..
but ..take note that we eat at least 6times..breakfast, tea-break, lunch, hi-tea, dinner, and supper...
Guess what..the total of calories should be in ranging of 1600-1800 calories.
In fact, eating 400 calories meals daily fuels energy and revs metabolism while keeping calories in check. this
translates effortless to weight loss..
did u noticed, i highlighted any word above?? that the time that we need to eat properly.. ;)
